About The Event
Creative Wellness for Communities is a monthly offering designed to bring people together in a shared space of healing, creativity, and connection. Rooted in the belief that wellness is both personal and collective, these gatherings weave together guided meditation, sound healing, and creative expression to support resilience and community care.
Each session is intentionally curated to help participants slow down, reconnect with themselves, and engage in meaningful, heart-centered practices alongside others.
What to Expect
Each gathering may include a blend of:
Guided Meditation to ground the body and calm the mind
Sound Healing / Sound Bath to support nervous system regulation
